Rosenthal Real Estate Advocates sell real estate differently.
We treat each property as unique based on specific research into that property. Our mission is to consistently deliver client-focused real estate services that maximize sale price, lessens time on the market, and reduces client risk.

WHAT IS MY REAL ESTATE ADVOCACY MODEL?

Simply put, we use the power of internet technology, social media, and community input to quickly gather pertinent information, bringing all stakeholders together in collaboration to re-vision properties, achieving superior results for our clients and stakeholders.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

We have created a unique and exclusive process which produces a win | win scenario for all stakeholders involved.

Our specialized skills and passion are utilized to understand each propertys' uniqueness. We work shoulder to shoulder with municipalities, communities, sellers, and buyers to fully understand their true expectations and concerns. This is accomplished by doing our homework. Yes, we research and take into account the people, zoning, and the property's history.  Once we have everything together, we replete with facts, analysis, photos, and a vision of the property's highest and best use. The synergy of every piece rightly placed in the puzzle evokes the passions and interest of potential buyers.

This exclusive process works, but don't just take our word for it, click here to see what our clients have to say.

PRESIDENT / REAL ESTATE ADVOCATE

DAVID ROSENTHAL

What is a Real Estate Advocate?

When I was a bank REO manager at Downey Savings and Loan, brokers would often urge me to lower the sales price of an asset. However, I was very reluctant to do this until everything reasonably possible had been done to understand the asset’s full

value and to strategically market it.

Because traditional brokerage companies do not do this, I decided to create the brokerage company I needed and to in fact replace the position of “broker” with an entirely new entity: Land Advocate.

As a Land Advocate, I believe:

  • The traditional commercial real estate brokerage model is irreparably broken.

  • Vision, passion, and a sincere love for communities are critical to developing this new real estate model

  • We not only can, but we have an obligation to do better for future generations

CIVIL ENGINEER

JOHN SVALBE

John has more than 30 years of commercial real estate development experience. Among other distinctions, he was a Senior Director of Operations for The Olsen Company and a Land Development manager for K. Hovnanian Companies. Over the years, John has proven that by forging strong relationships between governmental and municipal agencies, developers can often exceed their own and community's expectations.  His approach has resulted in the successful management, completion and long-term profitability of numerous developments. You might be asking yourself, why would a real estate company have a registered civil engineer on staff? For one we are different; two, it makes sense, especially if we are serious about maximizing sales price for our clients. John has what it takes to help us further maximize value in the new economy for our clients and communities.
